The Stacker with forks with SPECIAL SYSTEM, has been studied to increase the number of unloading cycles of the boards.

Technical Data
- Stabilized structure
- Comb rack
- Bottom area with a roller table. Motorised rollers covered in PVC
- Top area with a support surface, where the boards are deposited to compose the row
- Once the row is completed, the boards are moved to the forks unit
- Then on the unloading platform, which will be in its higher position to receive the row of boards
- The platform will gradually lower till when the pile of boards will be completed, following the set program
- The movements are controlled by Brushless motors
  Working cycles are set through the PLC

Strengths and Innovative Points of this unit
- The SPECIAL SYSTEM Solution is Taylor made for each customer and it is adapted to the Customer’s production needs.
- Thanks to the SPECIAL SYSTEM, the unloading process of the boards is developed in the height, instead than in the length. It is a compact unit and it will take up little more space than the Stacker with forks itself
- With the SPECIAL SYSTEM solution, there is no need to make a pit on the floor even if it is required to obtain piles of 1200 mm. height. This advantage makes the composition of the line very flexible
- With the SPECIAL SYSTEM solution, it is possible to increase the number of unloading cycles ( 20-24 pcs/1’, depending on the length of the board)
