The Easy 250 Special is wrapping your precious workpiece with a foamfoil.
So the surface is protected in a perfect way, also in a hardpaper box.
The wrapping is in throughfeed and independed of any different width.

Made for Batch1. Different length and width in the mix !

The line is mainly existing of:

- infeed transport belt with Servodrive for precise positioning, length 2800 mm
- First welding station with fast positioning in the width
- Center transport belt with Servodrive, length 2800 mm
- Second welding station with fast positioning in the width

Foil width top and bottom: 260 - 600 mm
Foil roll diameter: top and bottom: 800 mm
Foam foil thickness appr. 1,0 mm

Workpiece length appr. 1500 - 2600 mm
Workpiece width appr. 300 - 1400 mm
Workpiece thickness appr. 35 - 90 mm
